Modern slavery statement.
TriAxis Global Pty Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our commercial relationships.
This page outlines our position on modern slavery and our approach to managing the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains. TriAxis Global Pty Ltd does not meet the one hundred million dollar consolidated revenue threshold for a reporting entity under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Commonwealth). This statement is therefore voluntary, and is written to reflect the firm’s actual position rather than the language of a large reporting entity.
Our organisation and supply chain.
TriAxis Global Pty Ltd is an Australian senior advisory firm based in New South Wales, providing services in human performance, safety, risk and assurance to Defence, government and high-risk sector clients. Our operations are small. Our supply chain consists primarily of business software subscriptions, professional services suppliers, occasional travel suppliers, and the equipment used by our Directors and named Senior Advisers.
Modern slavery risks relevant to our services.
We assess the modern slavery risk profile of our operations and supply chain to be low. The firm does not employ low-wage labour, does not source goods from high-risk jurisdictions, and does not operate manufacturing, agricultural or construction supply chains. Our software, professional services and travel suppliers are well-known Australian and international providers operating under recognised governance frameworks. The principal residual risk sits inside the upstream supply chains of those providers, over which we have limited direct visibility.
Steps we take to identify and manage risk.
Our procurement and subcontracting arrangements are managed under the firm’s governance arrangements. New suppliers are selected from reputable providers whose own public statements on modern slavery are taken into account. Where a supplier carries material risk, that risk is considered before the engagement is entered into.
Procurement, subcontracting and associate arrangements.
The firm does not subcontract delivery to associates as a default model. Where specialist input is required, this is provided by named Senior Advisers engaged under written arrangements that reflect the firm’s standards.
