How we deliver
Two complementary service arms.
TriAxis Global delivers Foresight, Performance and Assurance through two complementary service arms. Advisory and consulting covers diagnostic, programme and assurance work delivered by Directors and named Senior Advisers, scoped to the question in front of the client. Learning, training and executive education covers a small set of senior programmes and workshops in human factors, regulatory assurance, sustained operations and the governance of human and artificial intelligence decision-making. Most clients use both arms over time. Each arm is sold, scoped and resourced separately.

TriAxis Global combines human performance science with predictive analytics to give leaders an early read on the conditions that erode performance, increase risk or quietly compound across an operation. The work is grounded in real operating environments and built to inform decisions at executive and board level.
This capability separates TriAxis Global from behavioural safety providers, audit firms and traditional human factors consultancies. It is also what makes our advice useful to regulators and accountable authorities who need to anticipate the next problem, not only review the last one.
It increasingly extends to a question boards now have to answer in their own right: how humans actually perform alongside artificial intelligence in operational decision-making.
